To manufacture quality, not to test quality

This guideline applies to all manufacturing sites at Neuman Aluminium Impact Extrusions.
To comply with the high quality standards of our customers already in production, we design the suitable test method for each process step. Sometimes these are simple, periodical measurements, but more often constantly running verifications (SPC - Statistical Process Control).
Quality assurance at Neuman Aluminium Impact Extrusions uses state-of-the-art technology. Climatised measuring chambers with high-precision measuring devices master all test and measurement requirements. EDP based monitoring of measurement devices guarantees reliable results.
 
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) ensures that weak points are relentlessly identified prior to commencing serial production. This implies that a high process stability can be maintained especially at largest production volumes. Through continuous improvements we aim to always be one step ahead of our customers.
 
Based on these systems, we comply since 1994 with the standards of ISO 9001. Since 2003 our QMS is furthermore certified according to
ISO TS 16949:2002, the highest quality standard as applied by the automotive industry.
